Business Challenge:

The client deals with large volume transactions across the country with Consumers, SMB customers, Corporates, Government, Distibutors and Resellers across various channels including card payments, retailers, e-commerce, kiosks, mobile apps etc. The Finance team wanted an accounts reconciliation solution that could handle this traffic across channels and varied processes in compliance with regulations

Project Deliverables:

Etek’s EPM certified consultants along with Oracle assessed the requirments, identified key dependencies and integrated the EPM cloud to their on-premise Oracle EBS, SAP and other File based systems thus enabling a smooth data integration from on-premise to cloud, complying with rigid security parameters.

Status:

The ARCS deployment using Oracle EPM cloud helped improve the delivery efficiency of Finance Department also enabling them to review historical transactions.
