Manual & Adhoc processes were affecting service delivery to citizens and other Govt bodies. Retrieval of physical documents was time consuming and contributed to further delays.
Etek’s Consultants did a thorough study of the current processes, challenges and other factors impeding efficient and swift service delivery. Based on the study, it chose to deploy iDoc platform (a robust business process automation, correspondence management and Digitization platform with high accuracy of Arabic OCR). The first phase of the project was delivered as an End to End turnkey project including Digitization of 3 Million Documents and 11000 Books, a detailed study of the Business processes and design of workflows and implementation of the Document Management System with seamless integration with other existing applications.
Owing to the success of Phase -1 and the increase in speed of service delivery and customer satisfaction levels, the customer is in the process of initiating Phase 2 of the Project Implementation to include more Departments.
